Our Aim

· To maintain and serve the welfare of the greyhound throughout it's racing and retired life.

· To benefit the owner with a 'fair deal' and improved recognition.

· To liaise with the management to support greyhound racing whilst encouraging ownership.

Commitee meetings are held on the first Friday of every month. Minutes from some of these meetings can now be viewed on this website.

Funds in Oxford Owners Association Bank Account 2013

With the closure of Oxford Greyhound Stadium in December it was decided to leave funds in the Oxford Owners Association Bank Account as they were until such time as we could see what was actually happening

The decision now reached in view of continual Bank charges each month was that the funds would be put to better use by the Retired Greyhound Trust in the re-homing of greyhounds from Oxford Trainers - therefore a cheque for £691.47 has been passed
to Oxford RGT who contribute funds to Worcester Park each time a dog is taken from a Trainer towards the Neutering and Kennel costs

If we are fortunate enough to see the re-opening of Oxford Greyhound Stadium the Owners Association will be happy to form a Committee once again
